Howdy Neighbor!
Since 2022, the LPOA has had an established Welcome Committee of dedicated volunteers who enjoy meeting new neighbors and greeting them with a small gift to welcome them to the neighborhood. This is also an excellent opportunity for the committee to address any questions new homeowners may have about the neighborhood. Please use the included contact form to let us know you’re new to the neighborhood and if you have actually moved in. Sometimes folks purchase homes but it takes them a while to get settled and we don’t want to miss you.
As of March 2025 we are in the process of getting caught up on distributing welcome baskets to our neighbors who moved to Leisurewoods recently but have not been welcomed yet. We want to make sure no one is missed so if anyone has moved into the neighborhood in the past 18 months feel free to send us a message using the included contact form and we’ll be sure to add you to our welcome list.
