Resale Certificate
Resale Certificates are mandatory for section 2, however we recommend one for all properties in Leisurewoods as sections 3,4, and 5 can receive fines for noncompliance regardless of membership status. Providing a resale certificate to buyers ensures they understand their new neighborhood and helps everyone start off on the right foot!
