Join the LPOA!

Help us maintain Leisurewoods as a place where we all want to live by joining the LPOA. Membership dues have not increased in 15 years, and cost much less than other local homeowner associations.

Membership Dues are $250 per year
  • First time members can join LPOA for $150.00 for the first year. This is only available to homeowners who have not previously been a member.
  • Can’t pay it all at once? Contact President Ray Wolf to make other arrangements.
  • Add additional value to the Leisurewoods neighborhood by making a contribution to support the Oak Wilt Fund, Architectural fund, Neighborhood Watch, or Adopt-a-Street Light program.
  • LPOA membership is mandatory for all homeowners in Section 2. Delinquent dues from Section 2 members will be assessed interest at a rate of 10% per annum on the unpaid balance.
  • POOL KEYS WILL BE MAILED TO ALL LPOA MEMBERS within two weeks of receiving full payment. You do not need to send an additional envelope for a pool key. Last year’s pool key will not be good after January 31
