In an effort to aid families in paying their dues, the board has simplified the payment schedule as above. You can make one payment according to the left column, or split into 3 equal payments according to the right column. We encourage you to pay as soon as possible and hope this plan helps you.
We are continuing our discount to first time LPOA members. If you have never before been a member, please send your payment for $150.00 and notate this on your remittance slip.

Stage III Water Restrictions are in effect as of Sept. 19, 2011
Because of the critical nature of this drought, we must aggressively enforce these restrictions so that all customers are not penalized by a few customers who choose to disregard the requirements. Please note that under Stage 3 restrictions we can and will install a flow restrictor for the first violation of the restrictions. If your lawn is green and your neighbors are all brown, it will be obvious to all. Please do not make us take this step. The BSEACD requires that usage be limited of 9000 gallons per month or 3000 gallons per person per household, whichever is greater with a consumption limit of 20,000 gallons per month.
The table below is a once a weekday watering schedule. Determine your day by the last number of your address. No watering will be allowed on Saturday or Su day.

About Leisurewoods
Leisurewoods is a community of 400 homes located in northern Hays County just 17 miles from downtown Austin and 21 miles from the Austin Airport (map). Homes can be found on one-half to three-quarter acre wooded lots. Leisurewoods has a property owners association, community pool, tennis courts, streetlights, paved streets, and maintained common areas.
The newly upgraded Buda Fire Department and Hays County Sheriff’s Department service Leisurewoods. There are a number of schools close by, within the Hays Consolidated Independent School District (HCISD), from elementary to high school, as well as, the Performing Arts Center. In 2013, Austin Community College (ACC) will also be opening a campus within 3 miles of the Leisurewoods area.
Shopping and movie theatres are just minutes away in Southpark Meadows, Buda, Kyle, and San Marcos.
Healthcare is available from a number of local providers in and near Leisurewoods. Also available to residents are the Seton Medical Center - Hays, Seton Heart Institute, Austin Regional Clinic in Kyle, and the Central Texas Medical Center in San Marcos.
